I have no idea where you got the money for that expansion, but you totally went overboard :)
Not to mention you have max prices on your tickets.
Seeing as how you're not currently filling out your current seats, do you really expect to fill them out after the expansion ? :)
In all seriousness, you won't fill them even with really low prices; there's only so many seats that can be filled when you're in league II. On the other hand I have doubts you can fill 6000 lower tier seats even in league I with prices set to minimum.
Instead of using that money to get some good players, you just threw it out the window, in my opinion.
