Thanks for voting me in. Glad to be back in the fold. Now let's get down and dirty!

I have around 10-15 roles available for people who want to take a major step towards becoming a future National Team coach, or just want to help out and see the team succeed. I have various roles for all kinds of people! Send me a BB-mail if you are interested!

U21 Assistant Manager 1 Position available

The U21 Assistant Manager will be largely responsible for Tactical discussions and is an integral part of maintaining continuity through managerial changes. Most U21 Assistants who have proven their worth hand gone on to become U21 coach and National Team coach.

Responsibilities Include:
- Mentoring new managers
- Mentoring assigned prospects
- Scouting international opponents
- Scouting lower level leagues for players to save
- Provide tactical analysis to U21 NT coach

Player&Prospect Mentors 10 positions available

P&P's will be responsible for the growth and nurturing of talented U21 prospects as well as their managers. P&P's should be successful managers in their own right, and have the charisma to engage with other managers and help them understand how to train as well as grow their team. P&P's will be responsible for their prospects for a minimum of 2 seasons.

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing U21 calibre players
- Mentoring new managers
- Mentoring managers on how to maintain gameshape from an early age (so we don't have to worry at 21)
- Help develop new managers and their clubs, providing advice where necessary
- Identify when owners of prospects are going bot so we can save the prospects
- Find new homes for managers who want to sell their prospects
- Ensuring the manager's team needs comes before U21 needs.

Key Requirements:

- Willingness to learn
- Understanding of club growth in alignment with prospects
- Reasonably successful team and training history

Interational Scouts 3 positions available

International Scouts will travel the globe, looking out for talents on other U21 National Teams. Part of their role is to record all player movements and tendencies. Will be a key players in tactical discussions, especially in crunch times.

Responsibilities Include:
- Scouting U21 teams in Asia that we are playing against
- Recording down key statistics for us to take advantage of(U21 guard playing in III, shooting 40% from 3pt FG%, 4 fouls per game)
- Keeping an updated list of players up for sale and their skills (dated)

Key Requirements:

- Desire to make a huge difference in national team games.

Local Scouts 2 positions available

Local scouts will be looking for talent at a grassroots level. Using buzzerbeaterstats.com, you will identify talents we may have missed or talents from new teams and make the U21 Manager aware of the player.

Responsibilities Include:
- Scout leagues for new teams and good prospects
- Interacting with new managers and advising them that mentoring is available
- Saving players from teams for bot

Hahahas ohwell everyone knew I was interested anyway. Already chatted a little on chat aswell

Just so u don't double up I already scouted the 18 year old MVP and HOF. Other then Durling everyone else was a bot or had an active manager.

I'm very interested to see who gets what positions.
Don't keep us waiting too long Iwen, the suspense might literally kill someone!

Maybe that's his plan, to wait to see who the weak ones are and then pick the ones that remain. Survival of the fittest

or maybe because the offsite still isnt working, seriously what the hell?

Won't be long guys. Doing some crazy scouting, some 200 prospects that need mentoring.

My fingers hurt form clicking and typing.

Need more P&P Mentors.
