To view the election pages for other countries, I believe you need to:
visit that country via the world
click National Team Page
click Election

clicking Election does not currently work; it just takes you back to your country's election page. You can work around this by typing in the correct country ID in the URL, but it should still work.

The election link in any country's national team page should work now. Also, we've added a link to the world page for the national team's election.
