How can this happen? (http://www2.buzzerbeater.org/BBWeb/reportmatch.aspx?match...)
The player has one foul on top of the other in the same second. And when the last FT goes in the team that scored, keeps the ball. Is that the way it is in basket?

A technical foul is usually assessed for arguing with the referee, or other anti-social behavior.

It is common for that scenario to happen, and it's not a bug.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

The game engine always assesses a T if a player is fouled and injured while shooting. I have seen very few other technical.s

a player is only injured on a foul play if the foul is a technical foul. that is true.

But do the same team that makes the last FT, keep the ball when two fouls are made in the same second like these?

Yes, when giving a technical foul, the opposing team shots two free throws and keeps the ball after.
