I was just talking to someone in the game chat and we talked about the optimum arena.

He mentioned that the 10.000 / 10.000 / 500 / 50 combo would be the best solution, but i doubt that.

info: i promoted last season and i am in the top league in my country, i have top3 income in my league

My calculations :
My Arena is 15000 / 5000 / 500 / 50 (and i wont change that)
my prices are 19 / 45 / 195 / 1000 (overestimated, i change it to 20/41/167/753 for the 2nd 3rd of the season)

so if i sell about 14400/4800/480/48 seats i would have about 600k in total (484,8k from bleachers and lower tier)

now if i have 10.000 / 10.000 seats i cant go up any more with the bleachers, guess 10k should be sold out any time
this are 200k$, 282k$ still missing, if you manage to sell 9600 lower tier at a price of 30 to gain any profit.

Now the big question: Is it possible to sell over 9,5k lower tier at a price of 30 a piece? Anyone knows about such an arena?

Btw: If you play in II. or even lower i guess the 10k/10k arena is screwed... 18$ minimumprice for lower tier wont sell that good there.


I appreciate any comments, complaints and links to comparable arenas.

search in germany i think there was/were teams with lower tiers 8k+ i guess. But income was still about the same..

14k-17k visitors isn't the reference i was hoping for.

Well, Crazy ain´t successful those days, but if you go back ...

He was one of the biggest "fans" of the "build more lower tier, less bleachers" party.

I like 14000/6000/500/50
Although my arena doesn't look like that I wish it would.

Guess that would be a decent option, maybe even 13000/7000/500/50. I guess more than 7000k lower tier isnt the way to go, but i still havent found any arena showing decent numbers to compare.

I seriously doubt whether you will meet your attendance target. I am quite sure your attendance will drop with your price change, and that generally means lower revenue.

And your question about lower tier - you should make almost the same no matter how you allocate the seats to bleachers and lower tiers, if the prices are right (a very big if). But you get more consistent attendance if you have more lower tiers.
