to me Jose Menino Viana Cunha and Steve Hagan aren't worth training at all. especially Jose. He has starter potential which is already bad potential and he's 25 years old, which isn't an ideal age for training either. Steve maybe, but he's 23 and his handling is atrocious so it'd be a long time to get his handling up, so long I think it's a waste of time.
Now Riley Romo MAYBE be a worthwhile prospect----if you want to think about training passing for a full season just to get it to about average.
IMO you should go out there, get three new 18 yo Big Men (if you really wanna train big men) that have AT LEAST inept handling, passing, and outside defence so that way they at least have decent seconds to start your training regimen
or you could switch to training guards (people 6'4'' and shorter)
