Try to make this as quick and to the point as I can. You have a trainer. His name is Jack. He is rated "Competent". You've had him for 3 weeks. You set your training schedule for the week. On Thursday, you decide to hire a new trainer. His name is Mike. He is rated "Advanced". On Friday morning, your training results for the week are calculated. Are those results calculated using Jack's training level, because he was the trainer when you set your training schedule and has been with your team the longest, during the training week? Are results calculated using Mike, because he was the team trainer, at the time the calculation was conducted? Are both factored, since they both oversaw training for part of the week? So...is it Jack, Mike or both?

It's a little harsh to give jack none of the credit though. I mean he worked hard the entire week.

Jack sat round drinking beer and eating pizza the whole week. Didn't even go to any of the games or do any training at all.
