Well I just looked at your roster and there is a player Marino who is pretty expensive with 32 k salary.
That's why your cashflow is pretty low, with 16k income you're not gonna make it,you have to earn more money than that.
You have too build up your team slowly, you better start off with players with less salary ,lets say somewhere between 10k
and 15 k tops.At this moment your team is a 1 man team which is never good,my advice would be try to sell this player and then make a new start..

Another thing about that player
Don't play him scrimmages, you're killing his game shape
he's mediocre now and so he plays plie a 10K player
read up on how to manage GS and other things

Build some arena seats. keep all other thing cheap untill you can aford, get you a solid pr manager.. Play your rookies in the 4 th qtr sometime in easy games you know your going to win. also what manon said is true.

good luck

So that means the 16,000 is subtracted instead of added?

Also he's not really doing it himself. I have two guys who are scoring more points then him and he's just doing most of the rebounding. So I don't see how this is a one man team.

Ok ,if you don't want to call it a 1 man team ,maybe I was wrong there but that's not really a big deal.
What is a big deal that you don't make enough money to pay this player, when you start this game there are some basic things you have to focus on.
You must expand your arena ,you have to put a lot of money in,so you can afford these kind of players in the future.
So start of with players with salary around 10 k,so you can make more money ,that way you can expand, with 16k in a week you can't do anything.
What about your staff what kind of salary have they got, maybe there salary is to high?Maybe you have to replace those guys and save some extra money

Marino is 32,000 not 16,000 lol and my staff is pretty expensive but I have been building so many seats in my arena and I was making a ton of money so I thought I could get me a nice player.
