Me, I use perfumed candles. You know those candles that smell perfume when they burn... Yeah, that's it, perfumed candles !
Then after that, I very delicately throw petals of roses on the wooden floor. Yeah, pretty much like a carpet of petals of roses.
Then after that, I put on some music, you know this kind of music that is a mix between very very slow drum and bass and Asian music. This !
Then I lie on my sofa. And I meditate.
Well, I think about stuff... if I don't fall asleep too quickly that is... because this is very very very relaxing and I think everybody should do this once in a while to release tensions. Tensions are bad.
