I set up a 4 team private league but cant find any info what else to do if anything. I see my PL schedule is placed in the V.41 league I'm in from the start... what do I have to do in our PL playoffs.? Also do I create our own Federation for a team forum.

As far as administering your PL, you don't have to do anything further. It runs on its own. As far as creating a federation to use as a team forum for your PL, that's not a bad idea.
