I accidentally got a PG with a salary of 200k but inept GS (damn touch sensitive tablet). He had 96 minutes this week so is likely to stay at inept. I have two questions:
1) Is it worthwhile to train GS? I have a trainer with Fitness but I don't think it will help much when he had 96 minutes. At best inept will go to mediocre.
2) What does this mean in practice? I assume he will still be better than my ~30k PG but would it be a drop in each category of say 2 levels? Stupendous (17) might effectively be marvelous (15)?

The best way to look at it is that you've pretty much stepped into a pile of manure. The GS training may help that manure be dry and easily knocked off of your shoe/foot rather than squishy and sticking to it all day. It's certainly not going to make a bad situation good, but it'll be less bad.
