I was wondering if I should risk playing playoff normal against this guy? I do have a new pf that I really don't think he has answer for. Here's the matchup:

I am not ready to really compete but the money will allow me to build my arena and I am capable of promoting. DMI is a really bad guide because my guards are trainees and they are way better then what it says (they have sensational OD). I won 116-83 playing normal so I destroyed them. Next opponent is
(23688)
, I know NOT to play normal but I am not sure what offense to run (defense will probably be M2M). I still like LI except his 107k center and that my IS sensational SF is out. Back-up has proficient inside shot and my center has sensational IS, Pf trememdous IS. My guards; however are not great outside shooters. PG JS is sensational JR is average. SG is tremendous JS and respectable JR. My back-up sf has prominent and average. Not sure what to run. Thoughts?

DMI is reflected on a trainees actually salary for the skills he currently has
I have no idea what you are talking about
player salary is proportional to
skills
at the beginning of each season. apparently not all skills are weighted evenly in this calculation
DMI reflects current (not season start) skills somewhat, but at least as importantly reflects
game shape
. DMI moves up a factor of 3 or 4 going up two levels from regular to proficient (max)
provided both teams have most of their players in strong to proficient game shape a comparison of salary sum would be useful. even more useful would be comparing the
team skill stats
from a recent match to see how their strengths in offense and defense compare to your team. the only risk in doing this is if they change their game tactics for the playoffs
==
so a team gets one level of enthusiasm for each normal (not playoff crunch) game won in the playoffs??
since the division final is the end of the line it makes sense both teams would pick playoff crunch. so is enth still an option for a division final? (I have never been there, but have a good shot this season of getting there)

I should say that I hold no in DMI because for instance in the game I was asking about the guy was really close to me in DMI, I played one eth. level lower and still destroyed him.
