The manual says:
"Teams with the worst records will have the highest draft picks"
Is just the regular season records or does the playoff/relegation count?
I have now a 7-15 record and plays relegation against a team with 5-17. If I lose shall I get a pick before the other team?

no the draft order is set after the regular season
