I just wanted to know who is should draft. I was thinking a big man and I have already found an 18 yo 5/3 with a+ grade. Should I draft him all other 5 star 18 yo I have scouted are SG should I scout one of them? Or take a risk and try to scout for another position? How many points should I buy this week if I currently have 0 with the previous scenario?

Keep scouting. The 3 potential is not exciting. Maybe you can get 4 or 5.

What are the heights of all these 18 year olds?

Positions don't mean a thing other than how much secondary training you will need to do and what their starting primaries will look like. So if this 5/3 guy is an sg but 7'2 I would draft him still.

I'd keep looking, if you have to draft a 3 star guy you probably gain less with that than you invested in scouting points.

If you do have to pick a 5/3 guy, height is more important than position. Ideally you could even look for a tall guy listed as a guard, because he'll have good secondary skills which are harder to train.

Depending on how high your pick is and how many guys you've scouted once already, I'd try to invest 10k/week at most, because that way you'll only pay 5k for 1 point. If you invest more, you'll pay more per point, so I'd only do that if I have many guys scouted once already and a top 3/5 pick.

Ahhhhhhh very good to know...

I would draft him personally. For one, being a 5/3 if others do know of him, he may not be high on their draft board, giving you better chance to land him as your first pick.

2ndly, He'll have solid secondaries for the makes of a good PF.

3rd, Even AS potential, trained right, can be contributing starters in D. III and solid back-ups (sometimes) in d. II

I spent all my scout points on draftees already, only found three 5/3 players. I didn't interview those 4-star rating players as all points were used already.

Anyway, I put these three 5/3 players as my top three picks. I hope their potential to be Allstar (or Perennial Allstar if possible).

As my team is 7th in the league standing, so I should be the 10th to pick. I hope I would be lucky enough to pick one of those 3-star potential players.

Although I would have more scout points by next Monday, I would save the points for next season.

If you've found 3 5/3 players, you have a pretty good chance of grabbing one of them with the 10th pick in my opinion. And hopefully they are all stars (You can only get a P. Allstar if they have 4 ball potential) and not stars but even a star player can still be productive as a backup.
