There's been a lot of talk about who will win the II.4 playoffs with regard to player talent, manager skill, game shape, enthusiasm, HCA, etc. All that's just noise though because all we need to do is look at the fan bases of the four remaining squads. In descending order we have:
World Idea Toys: 7 billion fans including over 100 countries who don't even realize they're within the scope of the Toy fan base because they do not have BuzzerBeater leagues. Perhaps this is why he doesn't sell out every home game.
USA Elite: 315 million fans if you include all U.S. citizens, however Sonny made a crucial error in designating his team as "elite," as it will turn off the large percentage of potential American fans who see themselves as average or underachieving performers or just like a good underdog.
Arizona Desert Storm: 6.5 million. Easily the greatest state within the U.S., however still operating at a sizable fanbase disadvantage to the Big 8 monsters. On a related note, how is that the league hippie isn't an official rival of the team named after a military campaign?
Reston Thumpers: Wiki describes Reston as: A census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States, within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with a population of 58'404 at the 2010 Census that includes attractions such as the Reston Town Center

http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/432362_1015061...So with a little rounding of the raw numbers, World Idea is about 2'000 times better than USA, who is about 50 times better than Arizona, who is about 100 times better than Reston.
World Idea over Arizona in finals. You're welcome.
