Alright I got three trainees and I can either train JS for guards, 1on1 for guards or rebounding. Im not sure what to do. Here are my trainees, what do you suggest?

I say wait on rebounding until you've finished/sold the first guy, since rebounding eats up valuable guard cap space.

So I say JS Guards, since the first two have more room to grow in JS than in HA/DR.
