Hello all, and I'd hope most of you have some idea of who I am by now. But just in case we have any new readers(get involved!) I'll do a quick overview. My name's Sawyer and I'm a 19 year old college student from Iowa(if you don't know where that is-it's in the midwestern US). I'm currently a freshman who's studying pharmacy.
-My personal team is Droids, which I have managed since season 11, I currently reside in III.1 in the USA. I think my team is well positioned for promotion this season. I favor balanced approaches in BB, and am excited to see how this seasons GE changes will affect the game.
-I have quite a bit of NT experience. I started with a season as a Canadian scout way back in the day, then had 2 seasons as an assistant for the English U21 team, before moving on to U21 manager, and most recently I was NT manager for this last 2 season stretch.
-I am obviously very familiar with our community and our players, I've worked with most all of you in the past on different trainees and I think you'll all agree with me that we have some very promising players coming along.
-In this last term as NT coach I feel I did a good job, but could have done a bit better: we went from 68th to 47th in WR during my term and I believe the team has improved significantly. However we had some close loses where small tweaks on my part could have put us over the top.
-My goals for next term if I were elected include(in no particular order): Advancing to the 2nd round of the European championships, making noise in the consolation tournament when we likely end up there, continuing to develop our players, and moving us into at least the mid 30's for WR.
If you have any questions for me feel free to post them in the discussions topic :)
