First one - not so much...

Second one - I always thought it was a little, how to say it... counterintuitive that learning the basics of a skill would take as much time as going from superstar to elite level. So faster progression in the lower skill levels would be pretty interesting to have.

Third one - I think this is a pretty simple way to solve the problem and thus should have some support. However the guy that suggested it is kind of weird, so maybe not...

An idea corresponding to the real world (sorry if it's blasphemy for you) would be that Superstars got their teams more merchandize, especially if they're a part of NT.

Salary, in my opinion, is not a good way to decide which players bring in more merchandise. Just look at Andrew Bynum. That guy has nearly $17M on his contract this year, but I don't think a lot of people are buying his jersey.
