They're both too tall to be guards, so SF/PF seems to be the best goal. I'd train inside first, because that's the weak spot for both guys. I'd train ID, PA and RB mainly this season, since IS will gain some pops from RB and later from 1v1 and JS forwards (it still needs work after that of course). Train PA in the weeks you need to win games, and ID/RB in weeks you know you'll win or lose anyway. PA until it's 4/5 on the 2nd guy, then you can go 1v1 forwards to bring up DR and HA so you'll get elastic effect when you go train PA further. ID 'till 5/6 on the 2nd guy, and RB 'till 7.
Then you'll have the flexibility to train either outside or inside, depending on the rest of your team and your place in the competition. Take note that this is just what I'd do personallly, and it could very well be that others suggest something different entirely.
