this should be asked before, but did not find it...

It would be nice that, at least in scrimmages, have the substitution option: optimize training, with this option the coach will give more minutes to those players that have been played less than 48 minutes that week and less to the rest.
It's stupid that the coach behaves in SC as he does in regular season matches. The priority in that matches, as in RL, should be give more minutes to beanchers.
Now, No matter the substitution option chosen the coach puts the best players most of the time, or doesn't use a player with 44 minutes played that week or makes him play another 40...
It's nonsense. Even me a level 0 trainer can understand that :D

Maybe the trainers didn#t know the right amount off training exactly like you do :)

If you just let this happen in scrimmage, you punish those peple who are just in Cup. Maybe you could teach the coaches, they they let play their first rooster evren if it a clear game. This would make it easier to reach the 48 minutes, but it wasn't too easy so it would still make fun and give the manager to think.

note I said "at least" in SC, id like to have that option in every match.
trainers are really dumb about letting bench players to play but at least are quite good winning matches. The problem is that they their best to win SC's too, which is not the point, i think

I don't think it gonna kill the fun, because i have no fun when the trainer don't let play a player with 8 minutes left to have complete training, but if i put it starter or second he will play 40 minutes, which is worse...

ok, so don't let the trainer do all the work, but what about a page whith more detailed instructions? letting us defining how much time should a player play: player A - 10-15 minutes, player B 30-40 minutes, player C last quarter...
may be and advanced tactics page or similar.

I don`t like this at all... Cause it would make very easy way to train 6 trainees per week... It would be just too easy...
