Hi everybody.

I will open some threads in this national forum to inform all the managers about my decisions and my work and to ask your help.
This is my project:



1) to keep in touch with all the active team of Vietnam evaluating their availability to train their players and their desire to be part of this project

2) to create a database of all Vietnam players around the world

3) to create a team with U21 NT manager, organizing the future of our NT

4) to raise of 5 positions the ranking of Vietnam. We are 89 at the moment. My desire is to reach the position 84 in this two season

5) not reaching the last place in the International Competition



All the managers can ask to collaborate with the NT. If interested, just contact me by private BB mail.

Vietnamese managers are not very talkative. You are doing a good job here. Keep going

I bought Than Pham. What do you think. Could he pop up some skills or he is already caped?

I will train his secondaries skills, because it will not affect his potential and salary. It is always good when big men have good secondaries skills. I was scout at Singapore and Bulgaria and also I was Bulgarian NT coach last 2 seasons. Do you agree with my plans ?

What is going on ? You are not schedule a scrimmage game after competition games ? You did not set up a line up for the first game ?

I already have my line up
