I think the suggested position should actually mean something. Like if your suggested position is SG you play better at SG.

Also this would make the Small Forward position more of a pain than it already is.

In a way I think that that would actually be a great idea for it would increase the amount of PF play in higher leagues and decrease the number of teams that play centers at the SF PF and C spots.
