I agree Harvey and Lee should be your main trainees and that you should read the rules and FAQ....they're pretty handy

also DO NOT buy any players right now. Play the game for a lil bit and then find out what you need. Since you're in England and Division 3 you shouldn't really have any players above 20k salary. another tip is to experiment with ticket prices and building arena
