I am training my PF (Ian Kosta), but he has inept gameshape. Can someone help me come up with a schedule so that he gets his full training in handling and raise his gameshape?

Train for exactly 48 min in one game and none in any of the others. If you really want him to play, set him as a backup in one game.

edit: just looked at your trainee. You can't have his as both a trainee and a starting PF. You need to pick one or the other. The amount of minutes he can play in a week for good gameshape is between 48 and ~75. 60 is ideal. 80+ is disastrous.

Set him as your starter, backup, and reserve PG for 1 game, use him as a backup for whatever you want in one other game. Use "strictly follow depth chart" to make sure your coach doesn't play him the whole game. 60-70 minutes a week is great. Over 100 is not.

"Strictly follow" WILL give a trainee 48 mins if he is starter, backup and reserve. Also, for foul trouble -> risk.

With strictly follow and risk for foul trouble and putting a trainee as starter, backup and reserve I can think of only 2 scenarios when my trainee won't get 48 mins - if he's fouled out or injured. And of course, you can't have blank positions in the lineup. That's important. I've never experienced anything else with this setup. And Manon, this is regardless of my roster and how the game goes.

I've heard of that. My friend having the same problem. But personally I've never experienced it. Maybe it has something to do with trainer personality? :)

I meant so that he doesn't get a whole second game ;) AFTER he gets his 48 minutes training, he only needs around 15-20 minutes for the rest of the week. Under "let coach decide," he might get longer than that even if he is set as a backup. Sorry for the confusion.

No problem. I agree with this.
