I promoted this season but my arena attendance as not improved at all. Is this a bug or just normal?

You promoted, via bot clean-up. The attendance boost, is for teams that win their championship. Also, I took a peek at your prices, they are a bit high for D.IV. Try using Buzzer-manager and the USA offsite tools for better pricing.
