The BB game calls this player trait "experience". In spite of playing a dozen games, a player might gain no experience. Since this trait may be independant of playing time. I suggest something. The rules say experience is how a player judges whether to listen to his coach. It is how a player chooses whether a jump shot is safe or foolish. I suggest change the word Experience to Expertise or Judgement. A player can have good expertise / judgement at any time in his career.
