There has to be a way to give more incentive for competive players that are operating near the red line Of cash reserves. In the div 4 league I'm in, most of the top tier teams have at least 4 or 5 players in the 15000 to 30000 range while their star player is in the 30000 to 60000 range. I have a well balanced team for 3 seasons now and always got in the 3rd to 4th place range. I'm off to a great start finally, but I know that I had to get a player in the 30000 to 60000 salary range just to compete for a title here, and got one but at age 34? Most of the teams in this league have players that are in the 28 to 36 age range with and 8 to 10 man rotation, well the competitive teams anyways. I left with 2 choices, pray that I win the league this year and spend the bonus on my area, or blow up the team from scratch and build a massive arena to be able to keep high salary players. This is part of the reason why so many players are tanking or quitting the game.

That's why I'm praying that I win my league this year so I can invest on my arena with the bonus since I know I won't be to compete in D3 and bleep building my arena until I can afford players. It's long process that kills the game, especially when you don't have much guidance at the beginning.

If this game were easy, what would be the fun of it?

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

If I see correctly and you haven't changed any clubs, you're playing for 10 seasons now. Which means 2.5 years.

I don't want to criticize or anything. I just wanted to note that if you haven't made it past D.IV in 10 seasons, than you probably have to change your plans. Or make them more long-term.

I'm mentoring a team ((114521)) and throw at them every bit of experience and knowledge I have ammassed in the span of 10 seasons (same as you). In four seasons (they started in final week of S17), they built almost 16k arena, advanced to D.II (equivalent of your D.III) and bought for 2.5M worth of trainees. Oh, and they make around 150k/week + cup. Let's say they don't make errors I did, because they can learn from my mistakes.

I mentored several other teams in the past and the ones who listened to my advices were always succesfull. I don't want to boast; I just think that if you listen to anyone who has had good results in the past, you will be fine.

So based on this example, I don't think economy's flawed. I think it's just fine.
