Hello. I am a (mostly) new manager and I have this guy. I'm not sure what to do with him. I was training another guy (28772419). But I started on this guy. I need help as to where to train him and how much. (He was drafted with respectable outside D and passing.)

Scottie Ledford
Power Forward

DMI: 18300
Age: 19
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: average
Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: respectable
Handling: inept
Driving: inept
Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average
Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: atrocious
Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable
Free Throw: inept

Train them both as SFs. Train rebounding until Ledford gets at least mediocre rebounding.

He looks pretty good, can be turned into a decent PG with a bit of work.

Ild train his OD, JR and PASSING this season.

POP OD to Proficient with single position PG training

then

Passing to Proficient with single position Passing training.

then

Few weeks of Jump Range / Jump shot (guards) til the end of the season.

Next season, focus on more of the same training and you'll have a quality looking PG in a couple seasons time.
