First and foremost would be the ability to play different strategies in the second half. I cant stand that once you put a strategy in your locked the whole game. One of the biggest things in the game of basketball is adjustments, and we cant make any in this game. I have been playing BB for about 3 years and have been thinking they would make this change alas nothing. I realize we cant do it in game, but we should have a pre game strategy for second half adjustments say if you are down by 15 or 20 at the half, you could have a strategy change already set to go in effect.
Also a rookie of the year category in each league would be fun and add some excitement to playing rookies more.

There are other changes but these two are good enough for now. And for all you guys who have a hissyfit when anyone dares make a suggestion, save it. But if you have something to say constructive pro or con that would be great.

Those are some good points, I too think BB should expand. They don't understand that change is quintessential but sadly they either don't have the time or are too skeptical that some people won't like it like the guys you mention having a hissyfit when anyone dares make a suggestion. I've already accepted defeat at trying to make the game better, they just won't listen, so I'll just be content with what we have.

Also, I'd love to hear your other changes you said you had just out of interest.

Thanks. I added the part about the naysayers because in the past I have been ridiculed for making suggestions. This is a great great game, and I enjoy it very much. I am a paying player and have been one for years. I probably should not have said that because it just gives them something to talk about other than the issues I brought up, but that is water under the bridge as it were. Other changes I would propose are along the lines are
1. Trading. It is an integral part of the real game and should be part of this one, at least within a league.
2. And 1's. In BB as it is now there are more blocks than And 1's and really at no level of basketball is that true, and I have never understood why the and 1 is rare.
3. Making the national tournament more coherent. As it is it is ridiculously random and some teams make it to the 4th or 5th round playing bots of low level teams while other teams draw a monster in the 1st or 2nd round and that is a difference in the money situations.
4. Attendance is slanted so far to the negative. You can have a great team and take a 1 point loss to another great team and in terms of attendance it might as well be a 50 point loss to a bot.

these are just a few more. But it seems like I have nothing to say but negative things when in fact I reiterate that I love the game and only want to make it better, which is why I am a paying member. That having been said I think to keep me long term some issues need addressing. The two issues in my OP are my main ones. I think it the adjustment thing is the biggest complaint I have. Having been a player and a coach I can say unequivocally that the idea you are down by 15 or more at the half and make no adjustments in the 2nd half in terms of strategy is grossly unrealistic and frankly takes some of the fun out of the game.

Yeah they moved it for me. I always put my posts in the help section and let the BB admins move it as they see fit. BB does a good job of having good admins.

OK no problemo. I suppose I did know it needed to go in the suggestion thread, it was late and I was tired, my bad, thanks for putting it in the right place for me.

I agree with all your points and would love for them to be implemented, oh well. And don't get me wrong, I love this game too, so I'm sorry if I sounded too negative.
