I would sell the 2nd guy, as he has too many holes for his age IMO. For the 1st guy, I would train 1v1>PA>JS in that order. For the 3rd guy, I would train OD. Nice trainees, though.

Fire second guy. Train whatever you feel the 3rd guy needs because is your main primary trainee. The 1st guy can just get pops along with him because he is your secondary player. Personally I would continue training outside D and then go into some one on one for guards. (That will also help the 1st guys handling because it sucks.)

You need to make a big decision to train BIGS or GUARDS. Personally, with your players, Ild train GUARD skills.

Sell your 2nd trainee and look for a 3rd GUARD trainee.

With trainee 1 and 3, i would do train the following single positions.

Pressure (PG) til OD POPs.
Jump Range (SG) til JR POPS.
Passing (PG) til PAS POPS.

Repeat til end of season.

This'll build a great base for your players, from there its all about two position training (One on One or Jump Shot).

Unless you want SGs or guards with higher JR, I wouldn't advise training it too much. It takes 2.7 weeks on average to get a JR pop when training Outside Shooting. I would let it pop with JS training, but it's your call.
