Unknown I have a pretty good arena for D4. I make about 29k a week but the only reason I make that much is because I only have a real trainer. I only have a basic doctor and pr manager. I'm always worried about my guys getting hurt and not having a good doctor but I don't think my team could financially support it. what's a good way to make more money or what should I do with my currency situation?

That doesn't seem like a lot of revenue for your sized Arena.It's going to come down to some decisions, the only way you can raise revenue is to decrease your expenses. If you can shave your players down, you could put the money into Staff (Doctor).

By the looks of it you only have 1 guy that you could possibly be training, and he doesn't look too elite, so unless you get some high caliber trainees, you won't need to pay a high level coach IMO.

Most of your guys also have very low Game Shape, so your ability to compete and draw crowds is probably holding back revenue, not sure how your enthusiasm is.

I found myself in a pretty similar position a few seasons ago (however you are way ahead of me with your Arena size), I got some help from a veteran in the league I promoted to and he helped me set a plan and make some hard decisions to straighten the ship and set a far better course.

Dump some players. Especially if you dont play them anyway.

I wouldn't worry about your best players getting injured because you don't have a good doctor, I'd worry about it because you keep starting them in pointless scrimmages so you're playing them in an extra (useless) game where they could get injured and killing their gameshape in the process which likely makes them more susceptible to injury overall.

I'm also not sure why you're carrying 12 players if you only like playing 7-9 of them. You're just paying extra salaries every week which cut into your profits.
