A newbie question, dunno about Basketball that much and couldn't find anything related in the manual:

As Nr. 1 in the league at the end of the (playing) season, will I be autopromoted automaticely or I have to go through the whole playoff procedure (and win it) to go up?

You go unbeaten for the season, then it'll be pretty much an auto-promote. Wouldn't hurt to win out tho'!!!

Guess I will loose the away-game vs. BOOM next week (unless I will spend a fortune on parttime players), means I must go through the playoff procedure to promote, ne? I was only wondering, if the first of the *hardest* league is automatically promoted, because of the bot in II.3 won't promote. Leaders of II.2 and II.4 will win all games in their *easy* league, no doubt they will promote.

Normally there are four promotees to the JBBL each season 1 from each division II.
If there are JBBL bots there can be more but there aren't this season so there will be just four getting promoted.

2/1 Kiyotake Saints have the strongest record just above KA-BOOM-JP. You play KA-BOOM-JP away in the 2nd last game, could be big although you have enough PD to keep the top spot even if you lose so TIE with best roster is probably the best bet.

2/2 Sashiogi Heaven and Umi says will probably battle it out. Only 8 teams in this league only 3 logged in the last week.

2/3 is all bots, so the winning team will promote then get releagted in bot cleanup creating another promotion spot.

2/4 Elandstraat 263 is the only real team & will almost certainly win.

So the winners of 2/1, 2/2 & 2/4 will get promoted and the team with the best record who didn't win will get promoted.

So the most likely to get the bot promotion would be

Kiyotake Saints (if you beat KA-BOOM-JP)
Sashiogi Heaven
Brutus Buckeye
WarFreaks or AKA-TSUKI

So if you beat KA-BOOM-JP next week you go to the JBBL.
If you win the league championship you go the JBBL.
If you lose to KA-BOOM-JP next week & in the playoffs you still go the the JBBL unless Sashiogi Heaven can't win their league.

I was looking for bot promotion 1 time so read all the rules about it lol :)

Conference winner = minor confrence winner.

GM why is WO different for bot promotion rank than for regular season rank?
