My next game is against the only other competing team in my division, I beat him earlier in the season and we were both on crunch time, should I save up enthusiasm for him in the playoffs or should I try to stay undefeated and win this game.

The above posters are all correct, plus your next game is on the road, so even if you happen to lose, you still have an easily winnable road game that should boost back up any attendance drop.

He has 3 players injured including 2 of his best 4. This is an obvious TIE game. Get ready for the playoffs.

If you're 100% sure that you can hold onto 1st place the final 2 games, play TIE. And keep playing TIE all the way to the playoffs.

Even then, if your opponent plays crunch, he's going to kill his enthusiasm for the playoffs.
