My starting center has been getting way too many minutes each time he starts, and his game shape is falling as a result. He also happens to be my current trainee, which makes it even more of a problem. I had it on Let Coach Decide before, but as it was giving far too many minutes to him, I changed it to Coach Picks From Depth Chart. However, that only made it worse and he had 42 minutes in my last game. What should I do to keep him from playing too minutes in one game? I want to have it so he plays around 30 to 35 minutes each game for optimal game shape (he doesn't play in scrimmages).

Strictly follow depth chart may help but even 35 minutes per game is a little much in my opinion. Why don't you just play him one game a week for the full 48 though? It makes it much more predictable and easy to manage his playing time gameshape and training.

Your backup center seems to be almost as good as him. Alternate your starting centers. One game a week with Dustin Ware (starter), Marvin Spain (backup), and Muratcan Savtunç (reserve). The next game have Marvin Spain (starter), Dustin Ware (backup), and Muratcan Savtunç (reserve). And for the scrimmage, have Savtunç play the whole 48 minutes.
