HELP! I do not want to get moved up into a harder more competitive league. How can I keep that from happening in my situation?

Oh, I don't know, lose on purpose? "Forget" to set a lineup in your last league game and one of your playoff games?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Why not? You'll sell more tickets (with higher prices) and TV money is up.

Wuss! If you're winning your division this season, you're ready to promote. Simple as that.

You are most likely going to get chewed on by TheBlueChippers anyway, but if you ge to the finals, try to win first or second game and lose on the tiebreaker (obvious why i like that)

But yes, winning is the point of this game, why stay in the fifth league. I have been stuck in the 4th league for 8 seasons and i am anxiously waiting for this play-off, i hope to end this nonsense.

Did you honestly just ask how not to win games?

That might have been the dumbest question I've ever seen on these boards.

Two things:

1) USA D4 typically isn't as much of an increase in difficulty as you might expect. At least, it's not so hard to avoid relegation. Winning a league can be tough, but sticking in the league isn't too bad. And the money is much better in D4. So, go for promotion. You'll still be able to train youngsters and build your arena if you do.

2) if you for sure don't want to promote, it's at least worth it to try and get to the finals. Even if you lose, you'll get a nice boost in season ticket holders, which will improve your gate receipts and merchandise money.
