Player 2. Far better handling skills and better driving along with the fact that he will pull down more rebounds.

I would look for one with #1's guard skills

Lost me there, is that a typo or am I missing something?

I completely agree with Manon... OD is the name of the game. Even though it doesn't weight heavy into game rating, bigs with higher OD force more TOs, defend jumpshots better, even when they are taken a point blank range and tend to foul a little less. And it's for almost no cash.

I don't know if I'd got for 12 ID from say 18 and say its almost a wash... but I would trade those 18ID/6 OD for 12 ID/12 OD maybe.

Thanks for the input. I guess I'll stick with the one I currently have, and look to upgrade later instead.

What im saying is i wouldnt take any of those players. I would try to get as much OD as i could and then higher IS but lower ID.

Besides IS, how about the effect of Jump Shot? I like centres who are good at JS, so that I could switch playing him in both PF and C positions.

Say JS / IS / ID: 10 / 14 / 12 vs 8 / 16 / 14 , which one prefer?

I could understand the importance of OD, so that he could defense the opponent's SF more effectively. But 10 OD would be very rare for big men, right? For me (I am in Div III), I think 7 or 8 OD would be good enough.
