Can anybody post his opinion of how long before a player will be worn out in each level of stamina?
And I know that their is also a disadvantage of a high stamina so my question is, whats the most ideal level? and whats the right level so that a player can go full blast in 48 minutes.

It depends on how many minutes a player plays in a game, week and season, as well as what their stamina level and sublevel is. All players lose stamina little by little, but it is slow enough that we usually don't see it until they drop a level.

My ideal level of stamina for my players is mediocre or average. That way, they won't be too high, but they'll be OK if they drop down a level. As for what the right level is for 48 minutes, there isn't a perfect answer. Strong-proficient is the best bet if you need to play someone the whole game, but they don't need to always have high stamina. For example, I have a trainee with atrocious stamina. Even though his stamina is at the lowest, he is still capable of playing 48 minutes.

I can't really see the impact of stamina as much as I'd expect to. My starters run from 3 to 8, and they all play about the same amount. The one with 8 doesn't come out as quickly when the subbing begins, but he averages fewer minutes than guys with mediocre or average ST.

I suppose it might be worth training once a season just to keep it from falling too much on some guys, though.

It shows up in the rebounds and defense. Hardly effects shooting % but when guys are tired they drop more balls out of bounds and become terrible defenders. They wont come out the game unless their sub is "better" at whatever the coach has decided is important. Your starters should have Average or better Stamina and a back up with about 60-80% of their salary. Bench players don't need the stamina because they only play 2-3 minutes a quarter. My top 7 guys are 7+ in Stamina.
