I would recommend you read the Game Manual http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=ever..., not too spend money on expensive players, to be careful on the transfer list, and will also tell you to not train a skill for 3 positions. Just 1-position and 2-position train players. You can train Heirwegh and Sougne, as their potential and age is ideal for a beginner. What are their skills?

Welcome to Buzzerbeater.

Firstly I would suggest going to the help english forums and doing some reading. There's a bit to learn about this game and how to play successfully.

Secondly, I would advise you to save your money and wait a few days for the new draft. Training is how a young team gets better and ild advise against training any of your current players.

What you want as a minimum is a all star potential 18 year old, preferably 3 of them to train for the next few seasons. Look for either 3 guards or 3 bigs. Look for players with good all round skills, they'll sell for more but they'll be worth more in the long run. Stay away from players with atrocious skills. Spend about 50-75k per player. Dont go over that limit for now.

Once you have your trainees, upgrade your trainer to a level 4. 4 is generally the best bang for your buck and if you can get fitness with the trainer, thats a nice bonus that'll help keep stamina from dropping.

Thats bout it to start
