Should I do OD 1 week, and 1v1 the next so the elastic effect doesn't kick in, or wait until they both pop in the skill I'm training, or just have a set number of weeks to train each skill?On a sort of related note, what chance do you think Cruz has of making U21? (I'm going to be doing 1-position training the entire time.)
