Potential: starter
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: inept
Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable
Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable
Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: atrocious
Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: awful
Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: atrocious
Free Throw: strong

Player B:

Weekly salary: $ 2 360
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable
Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: atrocious
Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable
Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average
Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: pitiful
Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: mediocre
Free Throw: strong

I'd try to find better trainees on the transfer market to be honest. Starter is just very low, you won't be able to train him very long, and atrocious OD on a 19yo is a pretty big hole. You can find better trainees for little money.

Player B looks OK. I'd train his OD. At 6-3 he has decent enough skills to play as a guard. He's a project though. It will take 3 seasons before he's a decent starter.

I would add a couple trainees to train with him this season in the PG position Pressure.

After the season you can decide what to do with him. I would base it on what other draftees you get next season.
