To open up the debate thread, I have 3 questions for awesome guy:

Your entire speech is
But I Will be smart about who makes the team

#1 Can you please elaborate on this?

Because, last time we spoke on BBmail, you were trying to entice me to put your own players on the team. I took a look and found this.

Player A:
7 9 7 6 8 6 6 3 7 3 62 5 4 71
That was your player who started S23 with 59 skill points. Do the math -- now he has 62 -- you gave him THREE pops all season.

Compare that to another player who has a shot at the team:

Player B:
10 11 13 11 10 9 8 5 8 4 89 6 1 96
See the large difference?

#2 Would you put player A on the team in front of player B?

Also, I am confused by your BBmail which states
Well sometimes a players skill dosent mean much so why dont you try them out?

#3 If this game isn't about player skills, what is it about?

(edit: S23 not S22)

I disagree with the highest regard. I, clearly, am the best for this glorious nation.

Could the candidates tell me what their goals for the U21 team would be if they get elected?

After my teams annual preseason Gala our to PGs, Brandon Hernandez and Tierry Blanchette made a VLOG for their fans across the nation. Two key things were mentioned "Kumiko is the most dedicated U21 staffer to dated" and "If anyone but Kumiko is coach we wont play!" Sounds to me like there isn't even a choice!!!

1) I would like to be able to make worlds. While this is a lofty goal, I think it is an achievable one. Not only does it come down to our own team's strengths, but how other teams we face are built as well. And we'll only know that after we see other rosters after the enthusiasm reset.

2) Continue to get higher TSP trainees and higher potential trainees into the hands of managers capable and wanting to train them. Whether this be by communicating with them how to train and to have a training plan going forward, or convincing them that selling for a large sum of money would be best for both their team and the Canadian U21/NT teams.

3) Getting more people involved in the U21/NT system. Perhaps this is my fault, since I don't really mind doing a lot of the work myself, but in the longer run it isn't the best thing. We need people to BBmail managers about training plans/training goals/random questions about the games. We need people to see how the U21/NT groups/enthusiasm/tactics/etc work. We need people to learn how players are scouted/picked/developed/sorted/etc. And right now that isn't really being done and I am seeing how we need it to be done.

Number 1) can only happen with a better 2) and 3) because U21 managers can only use the players that they are given and unless there are 1 or 2 players on the roster from their own team, haven't trained themselves.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Okay, quick question, I've always wanted to vote, for the past few seasons, but could never actually find where (and when) to vote.

Also to the candidates running, with the new SB implementation in the GE how will that affect your choice of offence and defence tactics? As well as how will that change the types of players you are looking for?

There isn't enough data yet.

Obviously, if it is a choice between LI v 2-3 or LI v man, and SB change appears to be working, then it will be considered.
On the flip side, if we are being too obvious with just playing LI and teams are using/may use a 2-3 against it, and it is working, we have to be ready.

For player builds... the offsite has 2 such players I am mulling over. There are simply too many variables to generalize something like "OK, now we need SB 8". Where are those extra pops being taken away from? JS? PA? IS? ID? RB?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
