Q.How to control for your youth development?
A. I am not sure what you mean, but I will contact owners of players and try to guide them. Just look at Brutis Buckeye. He was trying to sell Takebe and I talked him out of it, got him to buy a good trainer, and now he is building a honegrown monster. I just wish more of the top teams took an interest in JAPANESE players.
Q. How to support for their team manager about training?
A. I always ask for training that will help the team. Take Ariyoshi, we are lacking rebounding and his owner is going to give me 6 weeks of rebounding training. The incentive for good training in merchandise, pops = playing time which = $. If a guy isn't popping or is in bad GS...No run for that player. Good GS and steady growth are keys to winning at this level.

Q. How to plan for going asian tournament and what you can promised for U21?

A. Easy answer here. As far as this team can go. Second round or bust...And I mean, no second round and the season will be a bust. I am hoping for just like last time. Finish the 1 round in 3rd, and try and get 3 wins or better in the second round.

Q. And do you want to say something about your future plan for the best whatever you can do for Nippon talent and U21?

A. I think I have done really well here. Just look at some of the High Pot. well trained players who should go on and make the NT team with no problems. I also don't candy coat anything. I have players that are lower POT. and when the owner ask about NT chances, I tell them the hard truth. allstars just don't make the NT team but juice that player now and get that U-21 merchandise you can get.

My last experience this problem is always happen @ all the nations. This is not too many important for big country (such like china & auzi), but this is very important for Nippon. That is not only duty for U21 manager, depend on both of NT managers and they must need to communicate and save for them if possible. Especially great potential and grate skill. And this is duty for all Nippon teams managers and other teams managers who wanna take care or train our talents. Please try to save our talents for not being bot.

YC: I said already I m not entering this election. I cannot do like you because of i have no time for this. I m supporting you and i will train 1 more trainee for you. I asked some questions and I forced or pressure to you because I want to be the best what ever you can do. Your skill will not limited. You can do more than last 2 situation. If you can guide more trainers and you have more trainees. And also they (18&19 years old trainees) will upgrade well in future 2 seasons. U21 will reached more levels in another 2 seasons. I dont like to compare our U21 stats. Other countries NT & U21 managers also they are doing well for their Nation. Now we are behind China, Auzi, Phillippines, HK, Iran, Taiwan, SG, Malay. I hope one day we can pass over them. I want to you be hero of our U21.

Man... if I thought I could get a quick bid on Tim, I'd sell him and go for Amori. Interests me, and what he needs fits in with my training program. And the opportunity to land another Japanese player interests me no end!
