If you got a high pot. player(Superstar or above), send me his goods and I will see if he has the goods and I can help with a training plan.

Ryu Minami was pick 42 in the season 23 draft by Kyoto Shogun.

Pick #42 ha ha. My 1st & 2nd round choices were bad but somehow I got lucky in the 3rd round with someone I didn't even scout. Looks like he is in my training rotation for now, not sure who is out, may be some 1 on 1 for forwards for a few weeks while I test some things out. Not good OD and overall skills a bit low but should be able to make him a solid U21 C over 4 seasons & eventually my replacement for Sonada.

Wow... nice get.

I got three junkers. Highest pot was 6th man. But... I didn't use a single point - as my training rotation's completely full for at least two seasons.

That is the thing. Sure I could get a better player for $50k. But he is Nippon, he is my draft pick, who knows he could be the best C on the U21 team some day. The OD is a killer, never going to train that for him, waste of time. He will get primaries & 1on1. Still not convinced SB is worth training so he will be simple, just get what Eita needs which is mainly 1on1F, RE & ID for now.

Well I spent last season giving Eita some OD & PA but he isn't great. But his off the charts DR & HA seem to make him a very effective big man who has a fairly good ast/to ratio even with lowish PA as well as hitting a high score at nearly 60%. RE was a weakness but it is +3 already from where it was & is a priority this season.

I do have certainly too many trainees but as long as I am doing RE & 1on1 for a bit anyway there is no short term problem. After the cup when I switch back to 1 position then I have to make the final choice.

How high is "off the charts"?

I am guessing that OFF THE CHARTS for a PF is probably 14-16
