I promoted to div.III when I defeated my opponnent in my last final game. I'm kind of a nervous about div.III maybe because I haven't played on a higher level. I need any advice which has a good explanation and a reason. Please feel free to write your thoughts about my team.. By the way my goal for this season is to make playoffs if not possible 5th place. Under 5th place is unacceptable.

Continue expanding your arena.

Buy a couple of starters that you can afford, sell a couple of lower salary players to make room for them.

Continue to train.

Figure out which 3 or 4 teams in your division are the weakest so you know which teams you need to beat.

Target the games you think you can win, play TIE in the games that you aren't going to win (the top teams, tough road games).

Keep the gameshape of all your players high.

I think that you'll do just fine, you'll be surprised how many teams in D3 don't understand enthusiasm and gameshape.

First of all, thanks for advice. I will keep expanding my arena. I also sold one of my 14k center yesterday and today I'm going to buy a 30k center. I made a search about my new conference and realized that my very first game is with the last year's league finalist. I thougtht that I should play TIE but when I looked to his roster I saw that he was selling his some old players who are the currently team's best players. Then, I decided to play normal. He has better players than me anyway.. So I think I will learn more about this league after my first league game. A question: Do I need to buy some 40-50k players like other teams or should I gain some money and then spent them to expand my arena ? I am asking this question because I know that I will have bonus attendance to my arena which will provide me extra income in the first half of season.

Invest in your arena. The fact that you will get the attendance bonus should be an incentive to build your arena. Furthermore, it is better to have balance on your team, rather than 1 or 2 players who make up a big part of your team salary.

Is it advisable for me to hire a new PR Manager? I am newly crowned champion in DIV, now i am in DIII. What level of PR Manager is enough?

Personally, I think level 1 or 2 is more than enough in D3. I would spend your money elsewhere.

Okey, so I would spend the money which I will earn from matches for the arena. Thanks everyone.

Many people automatically TIE in their first game, especially against a team that they consider weak and I've certainly lost first games that I took too lightly. Don't be afraid to Crunch in games that you think you might win. If you're not really worried about conserving enthusiasm for the post-season, TIE the games you know you are going to lose and try a mix of Normal and Crunch in the other games depending on the situation.

Thanks for answer but I don't think I would play crunch time this season because it kills enthusiasm. By the way I think we had a misunderstanding about playing tie on first game. I actually meant that I would play tie in my first game because I am sure that I will lose it because I am playing with last year's finalist. I didn't find them weak.
