I feel like I am going to have trouble managing players minutes with the national tournament games. They could be getting 120 minutes a week with the NT games. What is a good strategy for managing minutes for 3 games a week instead of 2 games a week? I don't have very good backup players so I can't have them be my starters for any games.

I forgot to mention that I have a doctor with massage and a trainer with fitness so that should factor in the game shape drop too.

This is one of the biggest challenges of BB. Do you focus on the cup game? Do you focus on the league games? Do you pick up an extra player for your cup run? Do you assume you'll lose one league game per week while playing your scrubs in order to win cup games? There are lots of options on how to do this, but unless you want to play your starters way too many minutes and thus destroy their game shape, you're going to have to start your backups at some point. Best of luck.

Looking at your conference overview, I see 5 bot teams. You should be able to beat those teams with some backups in the lineup, if not all.
Your Cup game looks like a close matchup, so if you want to save starters for that game then use as many backups as possible in your league game against the bot.
If you have to use 1 or 2 starters in all the games to feel confident, just understand there's a potential GS hit for them. It won't kill you to do it once. If you survive in the Cup, maybe pick 1 or 2 different starters to play 3 games the next week.
In the long run, you are likely to get a really tough Cup game soon and will be out anyway. And with all those bot teams, you'll be able to do a lot of TIE and manage minutes very well the rest of the season and get your GS up.
You should be fine.

Plan accordingly. Decide which games you need to win and play your starters there. If your playing bots, you may be able to play your backups and get the win while playing your starters in the cup!
