I've got a question I'm hoping someone can answer.
When Buzzer Manager calculates a player at being "94-100%" capped, does the 100% mean that he's likely hit his hard cap (100%) but can still improve slowly due to the soft cao (94%). Or is this just a rough estimate and he may or may not have hit his hard cap yet?

What Perpete says could be it.
I myself have always thought that the subskills can differ quite substantially from player to player which means looking at the discrete numbers you only have a rough estimate.

So basically you guys are saying it's a rough estimate and worst case scenerio he's capped?
And can we also assume that the lower the first number (94% in my example), the less likely that he's already capped?

I believe Perpete is right. To expand rather than just adding a senseless post- say MVP is divided up into subskill just as any other skill is. MVP could then be anywhere from potential 9.0-9.9, which is what the 93-100% accounts for.
