Many may know there is a situation right now where one of the largest BB nations has had its U21 team taken over by a manager who has removed all the real players and just put his own players on the team. Teams make major sacrifices over many seasons to get a player on the U21 team, it could be the highlight of nine real months of playing this game and it would ruin it. It is unrealistic. It ruins the feel of the game. It ruins the international competition. Riun!

On the other hand we don't want a police state there GMs can just kick managers from positions to which they were elected for some trivial reason.

So what do all of you think?

Edit: NT not NY, sorry, typing in the dark.

Next time I will turn the light on. Believe it or not I am actually an English teacher in real life. I don't suppose you have the power to edit it for me?

They do teach English in Australia? Exciting, never met an Aussie speaking English in my life so far .

Nevertheless: I think there have to be clear and exact lines when and how to remove an NT coach, but it is about time to get those rules and tools.

I have Q: What is "extreme circumstances" ? Our situation is extreme enough ? Or not ?

Sacking the entire team, putting all your players on the team, making one of the European powerhouses into a laughing stock, potentially putting future generations off training players for your U21. How much more extreme can it be?

So far 100% of people (11) said the GMs should do something at least if the circumstances are extreme enough.

I do think there has to be some rules for intervention, and pure "he´s unpopular" is not what I´m thinking of, but NT-Competition Sabotage and becoming Bot are two good reasons for me to create a possibility of GM-Action, so yes, I´m for "under extreme circumstances".
