This match is for the Australian Politics Championship, wherein the loser will be forced to leave town. It will be decided by two falls, two submissions or a knockout. Hardcore rules apply; no disqualification, and falls count anywhere.

The winner of this match will go on to face the number one contender, Tony Abbott, in September. The stipulations of the match are to be determined.

Politics sucks. But yeah every country needs one.

Rudd to beat Gillard. Gillard to retire from politics.
Rudd then loses to Abbot in September. Rudd then goes for a UN job.
Bill Shorten to then take over the ALP as shadow opposition leader.

HEY! How come that was never done as a media pun? Tony Abbott and Peter Costello? Bring back Peter and we can have an actual comedy team as a political party.

errrrrrr... anyways - the two good things about if he wins will be
a) abbott and costello jokes (in my head at least)
b) 10 times more footage of his daughters. cause they are smokin.

1- they used to make abbot and Costello jokes all the time, I think when Howard was in the big seat.
