maybe, depending on his leadership level that should be created to, he can stabilize the team enthusiasm more quickly when someone plays "decisive game"...

sounds possible, but i think it somekind late in game to give players randomly a new "Skill".

yes you're right but leadership could be like experience...could be low in the majority of players now, but it would increase with the age and games played...

It appears that "experience" in BB is more like "basketball sense" which some players are born with a lot, and others never acquire (or only acquire a little). So what is called "experience" is somewhat like what is being proposed as "leadership".
But presumably, "experience" already has a beneficial aspect in decisive moments of games (or could). I think an experienced player is more likely to hit the clutch shot at the buzzer, while an inexperience pure shooter may shoot 50% from 3 points during mop-up time, and only 10% if the game is on the line.
