I think the best way to know how to train him would be to contact the Italy National Team manager and ask him, because he could give you the best guidance on what you need him to look like in order for him to make the team in the future. I personally would tell you to get his three big skills (Rebounding, Inside Shot, Inside D) all up to 16 and then work from there, but the Italy National team manager may have a different idea in mind, so I highly recommend asking him.

Based off his skills I'm assuming he is a Big?

My advice is get some secondaries in before maxing out his inside skills. But as EBW said, only your NT coach will know specifically what is wanted

you should train his PA, followed by OD and 1on1 training/handling for at least one season before you spent time on his primaries

I've decided im going to get him some secondaries this season and next season, then the 3rd season I will start maxing out his core skills. After that when he is around 24 I will train Stamina & Free Throw. And see if I can get him on Italy's Nation Team

I'd recommend training ST and FT even later. Players generally don't stop training until late 20s (except for ST and FT) so you can get even more pops into his late 20s

Okay, now considering that I am thinking about Training His Outside skills and secondaries for 3 Seasons and Start Maxing out his core skills when he is 25 which would mean ( Considering The Trainer I have ) I Could Probably get around 10 or 11 pops on his inside skills. This is what im imagining right now, Tell me if this is reasonable. ( I have an level 6 trainer )

Him Now :

Jump Shot: 6 Jump Range: 1
Outside Def.: 3 Handling: 4
Driving: 7 Passing: 2
Inside Shot: 14 Inside Def.: 14
Rebounding: 12 Shot Blocking:8
Stamina: 2 Free Throw: 1

Him At 26:

Jump Shot: 11 Jump Range: 5
Outside Def.: 7 Handling: 8
Driving: 11 Passing: 5
Inside Shot: 18 Inside Def.: 18
Rebounding: 16 Shot Blocking: 8
Stamina: 2 Free Throw: 1

Or Another Cenario Is I could do one Season of Outside Skilles and he would look like this.

Him At 26 Scenario 2:

Jump Shot: 8 Jump Range: 3
Outside Def.: 5 Handling: 6
Driving: 9 Passing: 4
Inside Shot: 20 Inside Def.: 19
Rebounding: 19 Shot Blocking: 15
Stamina: proficient Free Throw: 15

Which One Is more realistic or better to do ?

& How Much Would The Salary On A Player Like That Be ?

I Almost Forgot Sorry !

If I had A Player Like This That Im Finna Show , Would He Be Worth Training Alongside Him ?

Position: Power Forward
Age: 20
Potential: Perennial AllStar
Weekly Salary: 4k

Skills:

Jump Shot: 7 Jump Range:4
Outside Def.: 7 Handling:7
Driving: 5 Passing: 4
Inside Shot: 5 Inside Def.: 9
Rebounding: 5 Shot Blocking: 8
Stamina: 7 Free Throw: 7

I REALLY Appreciate You guys answering My Questions, It means so much to me.

Him At 26:

Jump Shot: 11 Jump Range: 5
Outside Def.: 7 Handling: 8
Driving: 11 Passing: 5
Inside Shot: 18 Inside Def.: 18
Rebounding: 16 Shot Blocking: 8
Stamina: 2 Free Throw: 1

According to www.buzzer-manager.com, he would have a salary of over 222k, and his potential would be capped out.

Jump Shot: 8 Jump Range: 3
Outside Def.: 5 Handling: 6
Driving: 9 Passing: 4
Inside Shot: 20 Inside Def.: 19
Rebounding: 19 Shot Blocking: 15
Stamina: proficient Free Throw: 15

This build is even worse for salary. According to Buzzer Manager, he would have a salary of nearly 700k!, and he would already be capped before you can reach this skillset.

The first build would be a better build to pursue, but I think you can create a better build that would be worth his salary.

11 3
8 9
11 6
17 17
15 8

He would be listed as a PF, and would have a salary of 154k. This is a realistic build that you can aim for. You could give him 2-3 pops in Shot Blocking if you were to swap it for 1 less Rebounding pop.
